OUR STAFF INCLUDES
- Support Engineer, Raj Dhesi - First contact for all end user support issues. Responsible for all desktop related support and the hardware/software replacement cycle for all desktop computers and related peripherals.
- Support Engineer, Robert Douglass - First contact for all end user support issues. Responsible for all desktop related support and the hardware/software replacement cycle for all desktop computers and related peripherals.
- Systems Administrator, Greg Sherman - Responsible for all server level support including virtual environment and storage area network. Responsible for all business continuity related technology. Supports all PD and FD mobile computing terminals (MCT's) and emergency services specific applications.
- Information Technology Director, Andy Vogel - Responsible for overall department related management functions including Townwide budgeting for Technology and participation in the Capital Improvements funding process. Provides various levels of additional internal and external support as needed.
